United Methodist Men

The United Methodist Men is a core group of men inviting and initiating spiritual growth opportunities for all men of the church. Everyone has different gifts, graces, and areas of interest; therefore, opportunities for participation include diverse ministries.

The primary purpose of the group is to concentrate on serving those beyond our walls while at the same time growing spiritually.

U.M.M. meet on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 P.M. for a delicious dinner and devotional in the Fellowship Hall.

Every year the U.M.M. hosts a multitude of events throughout the year ..

Sweet Hearts Dinner, in February - the men serve a lovely meal and serve the ladies.

Flower/Flea Mart, in the spring (the Saturday before Mother's Day) they host selling beautiful flowers (pre-orders accepted), delicious soups and sandwiches and flea market tables for rent.

Mother's Day - during the Sunday service, the U.M.M. gift all the ladies with a beautiful flower.

"Trunk or Treat", in October - held on the Church's parking lot. Trick-or-treaters can come and enjoy a safe environment with loads of spook-tacular treats, including hot-dogs, chips and hot chocolate!

Holy Thursday, Every year the U.M.M. prepare and perform a dramatization of the Last Supper.

Christmas Card Delivery, the Methodist Men deliver your Christmas cards to members of the church. 10¢ a card.
